No Scope Ninja, or NoSoN, or Emily, is like the other Power Players a Influencer and gaming god in first person shooters, unlike Kelly/Extreme Ninja is actually the 3rd to be recruited for the Snipe Counterpart, the previous 2 not surviving the compatibility surgery, of course she doesn’t know that, she just knows the first two picks disappeared and she is the bronze medalist making her more humble but also leading to more cautious game play, like preferring snipping Power Players and other riders then hand to hand combat.
The Resistance
while the other Elites will be openly antagonistic toward Blecker’s Resistance NoSoN exists in a strange bubble, on the one hand she is the most dangerous, possessing all the auxiliary gashats extracted from Machina Visions old universe Kamen Rider Chronicle and thus giving her the widest range of powers to pull from, couple this will her ability to be eerily silent, and perchance for sniping, far more then Taiga and you have quite a dangerous foe, especially since she is a Machina vision Agents and still promotes Power Rider Go! But NoSon doesn't outright hunt the Resistance instead she tends to hunt everyone equally and shows a odd level of respect for Blecker and the Resistance. While her experiences are with Blecker in his Lion Form aren't the best she also empathizes with his concerns over the disappearing Riders again putting NoSoN in this odd mentor and guide position while also serving as an antagonist you can’t really trust.
