Early Life
Neo came to life when Lexx was still working for Genm Corperation under Masamune Dan as a Quality Assurance Tester but as she was already infected with the Windows Clock Virus he was able to manifest early. Being based on a System Tool his focus was fixing the Bugster problem while protecting his host like a father figure as well as any other bugsters or humans he came upon.
Neo is calm, proper, and respectable allways refering to people to as Sir, Master, etc. But he also is quite sassy and is know for his rather snappy combacks.
Powers & Abilities
- Teleportation - Just like any Bugsters, Neo has shown the ability to teleport himself with a green color glitch effect.
- Object Creation - can create a limited number of objects, toools, and gashats.
- Bionic Physiology - The power to use the abilities of a robot, machine, weapon, or android. See Bionic Physiology
- Electronic Eyes - The user possesses bionic eyes, which often grants enhanced vision capabilities among other functions.
- Scanner Vision - The user can perform complex visual scans on their environment or creatures around them and determine their intimate properties or detect their presence. They can also diagnose the condition of what they observe and find inconsistencies or errors.
- Self-Sustenance --> Sleeplessness - The user has no need to sleep, allowing them to continue living through their lives without suffering health decline from sleep deprivation.
- Roboticization - The user has the ability to convert any biological or elemental matter with free will into a Bugster. They can roboticize anything they desire, converting their flesh and bone into circuitry and programming code.
- Semi-Immortality - Users of this ability never age, and as a result, they stay young forever or at least never suffer the ravages of aging. Because of this, the user will always be at their physical prime. The user will also be immune to aging abilities, such as Age Acceleration or Reversal.
- Limiter Removal - As a System Bugster Neo is not limited by human physical or mental limitations, ie the normal SPECIAL 10 scale.
Weaknesses
- Level 0 Gashats - Bugsters who are in the Game Areas created from Level 0 Gashats will have certain abilities restricted, in Neo's case he can't use Electronic Eyes, Scanner Vision, or Object Creation. Also, any attacks with the usage of Level 0 Gashats can effectively damage Bugsters, regardless of their level gap. Gashats like this can also temporarily "Level Down" any enemy riders.
- Viral Vulnerability - His Bugster form is vulnerable to computer virus and anti virus instead of organic ones.
