For Arcade Machina Vision needed someone they could trust since Arcade’s power would dwarf that of all the other Elites and even the Enforcers so finding the right user was tricky, what they ultimately decided to do was to build a Rider they could trust. With their experience cracking Chronicle to make the other riders they had to deal with several bugsters outbreaks so they began work cultivating their own bugster from all the defeated busters and the data in the Cronicle Gashat. Arcade is like the enforcer a hardcore rules lawyer, a serious player, and a bit of a mentor roll to Rider who show promise.
