Daybreak

Having a relatively peaceful childhood after his birth in 1992, everything would change for Isamu Fuwa forever in 2007, where Daybreak Town would see the introduction of androids and gynoids known as HumaGears into the town's local workforces, including those in the high school Fuwa was sending his first year in.

But it was not quite to be. On the day the Gears were to be finalised an intoduced to the masses, a large contigent of them had gone berserk by Metsubou Jinrai's hand and started attacking several establishments, including the high school he was at. He was however, lucky he his fellow classmates were escorted safely out without having to suffer any losses. But in the aftermath, this would warp his understanding of the Gears for the next decade, outraged that the people would let these ruthless killing machines into their homes so willingly, ignoring that were Gears active beforehand who helped save all their lives in the attack.

However for that decade, for all that burning hatred and ignorance in him, he always lived in fear that a similar attack could occur, motivating him to join the Artificial Intelligence Military Service, a counter-terrorist unit in reality dedicated to stopping similiar attacks, only lacking the resources to put the Rogue Gears, now able to become transformed Magia down for good.

Rider Time

It was from there that the interests of Hiden and A.I.M.S. would cross paths at an amusement park to stop one such Magia, the Berotha Magia. On A.I.M.S.' end it was to be a simple mission of seeking and destroying it to test the newly-developed ShotRiser in the field, which turned into a golden opportunity for Isamu to try and start working with new corporate head Jun Fukuzoe and his aide, Izu, desperately needing transparency on the matter of whether the Magia are due to an outside influence or not. Jun's stubborn insistence on the former and the Magia's Zetsumeriser partially convince him, but without Yua Yaiba present, he takes matters into his own hands to help destroy the Magia.

After a relatively succesful test run of both the Zero-One Driver and basic ShotRiser, he and Yua head to Corporate HQ to primarily clarify if dedicated Progrise Keys are being developed for the ShotRiser, as well as further clarification of how Magia could've ended up the way they are to proprose potential solutions to dealing with the attacks, up to suggesting body cams for the suits. They get what they wanted when the Onchyo Magia attacks the foyer to cause as much chaos as possible, only to be summarily defeated by Isamu as Kamen Rider Vulcan, still quite not over his trauma from 12 years past.

Not to be outdone on preventative measures however, Isamu would see himself serving with Yua again as protective detail when Jun and Izu happen upon a Gear-staffed sushi resturant, finally corroboratting with them the likelyhood of an outside factor driving the attacks, but with no solid evidence as of late, debating further measures thanks to the CEO's stubborness until he leaves to deal with the Neohi Magia. The rest are alerted to its presence, Yua having a Key ready to become involved as Kamen Rider Valkyrie. But for whatever reason, their combined forces simply weren't enough and the Magia was only stopped by Jun with Yua's ShotRiser, Isamu having become incapacitated in the fight.

Who is the Hacker?

With the dust settling after being collectively thrashed by the Magia, tensions start to be raised between Jun and Yua regarding A.I.M.S.' weapons contract with ZAIA. However, in a rare moment of clear calm, he suggests that A.I.M.S. could take contracts from both ZAIA and Hiden so that all's well and good. This suggestion also leads him to confiding to Jun that he's likely not ready for proper peace with HumaGears now that proper evidence has come to light that the Zetsumerise keys are the result of outside influence and a proper fix in the works.

Now recovering from some broken ribs and verterbrae in an infirmary, he's called by Jun's other aide Shesta to discuss Phase 2 of Hiden's contract with A.I.M.S. and similar plans for the future. One of these plans is to outfit their regular forces with Rider-like weapons and equipment as to provide a tangible way for them to fight back, using Vulcan as a baseline for said weapons and equipment. With all this sorted, Isamu heads back to the infirmary to recover further.

Fuwa is a very headstrong, very driven indvidual, this being molded by his survivving the Daybreak Incident of 12 years past. This has led to him taking on a very 'whatever it takes' mentality to dealng with the problem at hand, especially if it comes to in his mind, 'terminating' as much Magia as is necessary to prevent another such incident. This can often go to the point where he'll take matters into his own hands if his squad's usual approach is not enough. However, despite his ruthlessness regrading the matter and his seeming hostility towards HumaGears for his practises, he's not entirely hateful to them and is in reality afraid of what they represent to him; killing machines that can go bad at a moment's notice. If he's able to keep calm, he can easily see that isn't the case at all, but there still is that lingering rage at those responsible, which he feels can only be sated when Metsubou Jinrai is all dead and gone.
